Philippe Neves is a Senior Infrastructure Specialist at the Public-Private Infrastructure Advisory Facility (PPIAF) supported by the World Bank Group. Philippe specializes in the transport sector and has over 12 years of experience in financing and advising infrastructure and PPPs. Prior to his work at the PPIAF, Philippe advised the Government of Colombia on the Fourth Generation of Road Concessions as an IFC C3P Investment Officer. Before joining the IFC, he has worked at BNP Paribas in Brazil and KPMG in France.
